This one-day trip takes you to Gisenyi (Lake Kivu). A trip to GISENYI at lake Kivu is fantastic and pleasant way to spend some time relaxing on the water as you enjoy the little peace and quiet. The lake is lies on the border between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda and is in the Albertine (western) Rift, a part of the great Rift valley. Tour Starts and Ends in Kigali.

You will be picked by our guide (company representative) from your hotel accommodation in Kigali and transfer you to GISENYI. The distance from Kigali to Lake kivu it’s about 163Km and road takes about 3hours with no rush. arriving at Gisenyi where we shall have a boat cruise at lake kivu, visit fishing activities, Coffee plants, Hot springs, visit DRC-Rwanda border (Gisenyi town) and relax at the lakeside. Later, after lunch, you will drive back to your hotel in Kigali.
